kontributin tone duke filluar qe nga shtatori punen per te shkuar ne shtetet e Europes si Gjermani e Itali per te dhene detyra konkrete per kontributin ne sherbim te paqes sigurise e drejtesise ! Porosite qe jep Presidenti Boteror per te kontribuar ne cdo shtet me qellim qe njerezimi
te njoh vetem paqe e prosperitet !

May 16, 2024 The World President of the International Parliament for Safety , Peace and Justice Cardinali Prof. Joseph Dominion visits Albania for the inauguration of the International President of the European Continent for Safety, Peace and Justice Amb. Dr. hc. Cav. Sen. Acad. Av. Zef Shtjefni!
On May 18, at the Palace of Congresses, the World President delivers a major speech in front of over 100 personalities who were present!
The International President of the European Continent takes the oath of office!
I swear on my honor that I will carry out all the duties assigned by the World President and will work to protect the peoples and nations of the European Continent and beyond as the International President of the European Continent for Security, Peace and Justice!

I have implemented this oath before the World President by making over 150 statements together with the High Council of the European Continent to cease war throughout the world, but mainly within the European Continent! We have gone everywhere to every country to organize and establish the organization in every country of the EC! We are ready to give our contribution, starting from September the work of going to European countries such as Germany and Italy to give concrete tasks for the contribution in the service of peace, security and justice! The orders that the World President gives to contribute to every country in order for humanity to know only peace and prosperity!
